Lesley qualified with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Aberdeen in 1986. She has over 30 years of experience in a wide range of dietetic clinical areas. The majority of her career she has worked locally in Community Dietetics, supporting GP’s to manage their patients with a range of medical conditions including obesity, diabetes, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, bowel disorders, Coeliac Disease and osteoporosis to name a few. Currently Lesley works locally in NHS hospital management and continues to also carry out community dietetic clinics in nutrition support.

 

Lesley is delighted to be part of the Sportswise team and is committed to working collaboratively, in a friendly, supportive way to help others identify and achieve their diet and lifestyle goals. Lesley offers confidence in a track record that places goals, preferences and lifestyles of each individual at the heart of the support provided.

 

Lesley can often be found running slowly on the Downs usually with the family chocolate Labrador – who helps with the steep hills! She is also a keen walker, yogi and golfer as well as enjoying time with her family.
