Cannot recommend the clinic enough and its professionals. Been in the clinic for several years on and off for the odd pain across the body and always met a quick solution. They don't work for you to come back like other places, they actually find a sustainable solution and you only return if really needed. I recently completed a series of physiotherapy sessions with Ian for Achilles tendonitis, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. From the first appointment, he demonstrated a good understanding of the condition and a patient and kind approach that has made a huge difference in my recovery. It’s been a journey of a few months, but the treatment plan was always realistic and encouraging, adjusting exercises when needed, and celebrating steady progress. A few months ago, I thought I wouldn’t be able to run again, and was considering surgical repair of the tendon, but was advised to try physiotherapy at Sportswise first. Forward a few months, and I have now been able to return to running and hiking and have avoided surgery! I feel well equipped to manage my tendon health for the future. Saw Luke who was very knowledgeable, kind and sorted the issue in 2 sessions with acupuncture. Highly recommend, he knows his stuff. Will be back if I need to without hesitation.
