Small Group Sessions

We offer small group classes (max 4) where you will be guided by our experienced strength & conditioning coach, Flo Pieztsch, or one of our skilled physiotherapists with a special interest in strength and conditioning.

These sessions will be tailored to you as an individual and will offer performance progression and goal setting.

Returning from Injury
Strength and conditioning is essential in the return-to-injury process focusing on restoring strength, mobility and movement efficiency. Through progressive loading and structured exercise, training supports tissue healing, corrects imbalances and rebuilds confidence, helping individuals return safely to daily activity or sport while reducing the risk of re-injury.
Strength in Menopause
During menopause, strength training plays a critical role in preserving muscle mass, joint health and metabolic function. A well-designed strength and conditioning program helps counteract hormonal changes, supports bone density, improves energy levels and promotes long-term physical independence and wellbeing.
Pre and Post Surgery
Pre- and post-surgical strength and conditioning improves surgical outcomes and recovery timelines. Prehabilitation enhances physical readiness, while post-surgery training focuses on regaining strength, mobility and functional capacity through safe, progressive reconditioning tailored to individual needs.
Bone Health and Osteoporosis
Strength and conditioning is a key intervention for maintaining bone health and managing osteoporosis. Resistance and impact-appropriate exercises stimulate bone adaptation, improve muscular support around joints and help slow age-related bone loss, contributing to greater strength and confidence in everyday movement.
Improve Balance and Coordination
Strength and conditioning enhances balance and coordination by improving neuromuscular control, joint stability and movement awareness. Targeted training reduces fall risk, supports functional movement and helps individuals move with greater confidence and control in daily life and physical activity.
