Gaby graduated from the University of Brighton in 2013 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. She began her career at Optimum physiotherapy where she specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with specific focus on treating neck and back injuries. She’s also a level three APPI Clinical Pilates instructor, which compliments her hands-on treatment of these conditions.

Gaby is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care, using a wide range of treatment techniques including exercise rehabilitation, dry needling and manual therapy. By looking at the body as one interconnected system she has a deep insight as to how effective treatment comes from understanding how each area of the body influences another.

Gaby also specialises in vestibular physiotherapy, helping patients manage dizziness, vertigo and balance disorders. With expertise in vestibular and balance rehabilitation, she is dedicated to improving confidence, mobility and quality of life for her patients.

Out of work you will find Gaby practicing her Pilates, exploring local walks and as an avid reader, enjoying a good book.
