Lesley qualified with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Aberdeen in 1986. She has over 30 years of experience in a wide range of clinical dietetic areas. The majority of her career she has worked locally in community dietetics, supporting GP’s to manage their patients with a range of medical conditions including obesity, diabetes, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, bowel disorders, Coeliac Disease and osteoporosis to name a few.

Lesley has recently retired from her NHS hospital management and clinical duties and now focus’s her clinical time at Sportswise.

Lesley has been part of the Sportswise team since 2017 and is committed to working collaboratively, in a friendly, supportive way to help others identify and achieve their diet and lifestyle goals. Lesley offers confidence in a track record that places goals, preferences and lifestyles of each individual at the heart of the support provided.

Lesley can often be found running slowly on the Downs usually with the family black Labrador – Mac, who helps with the steep hills! She is also a keen golfer, walker and gardener  as well as working hard to improve her pilates and swimming and enjoying time with her family & friends.
