We've welcomed the return of getting out of the clinic and engaging with our local community this summer. We were pleased to be asked back by the organisers of Eastbourne's Tribourne and Ironbourne to provide a free post-race massage service for athletes.
We enjoyed the opportunity to spend a couple of days working down on the Western Lawns with athletes to help in their recovery process after a gruelling event. Well done to our physio and massage team for all their hard work and to all athletes who competed in these events.
