Nicola’s career in the Health and Fitness industry began in the early 1990s when she qualified as a personal trainer and worked in gym management. In 1999 she graduated with BSc in Sports Science from UEL which lead her from Manchester and London to Dubai and Australia. Whilst working in Sports Rehabilitation in Australia, she decided to take the next step in progressing her career to retrain as physiotherapist.

In 2009 she graduated from UoB with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy and followed on a NHS journey completing all core rotations before specialising in MSK. Specialist skills include oncology/post breast surgery management, hand therapy/bespoke thermoplastic splinting, First Contact Physiotherapist as well as general MSK conditions. Additionally she has Specialist skills in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, acupuncture, soft tissue and scar management.

In her spare time, Nicola has completed number of marathons including Beachy Head, Brighton and London, she now dedicates her time supporting her son in his football endeavours but can now be seen running with her dog over the Downs and along the Cuckoo Trail.
